If you're applying for a Moderator position, they need things such as age, experience, how'd you do certain tasks, perhaps your timezone if they organize for that, but they wont be needing things such as Your full name, address, credit card information, passwords of ANY KIND, Tokens of any kind, your phone number, or anything along those lines, if you see any of those things report this server to be a scam.

If an application created with Simply Apply asks for your Username and Password to login, it is of course fake, we do not have any use for this information and no access to a browser to log and pull relevent information, this is simply phishing

If something feels off, its probably worth taking your senses' advise, worst case scenerio that could legit happen you don't get that position in that Discord server.
